Pregnant Patients

Support for managing stress, feeling overwhelmed, and managing this life transition.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy can bring a wide range of emotions, especially when you have experienced a previous pregnancy loss or are worried that something might go wrong. You may find yourself feeling anxious before ultrasounds or tests, fearful of miscarriage, or scared about the birth process.

Pregnancy can also bring unexpected changes in how you see and feel about your body—you may not recognize yourself in the mirror, struggle to find clothes that feel comfortable, or worry that your partner is no longer attracted to you. If you feel disconnected from yourself, uncomfortable in your changing body, or overwhelmed by worry, therapy can provide a supportive space to work through these experiences.

I can help you manage pregnancy anxiety, navigate fears around miscarriage and birth, and develop a healthier, more compassionate relationship with your changing body.
